I haven't been able to come up with a catchy name for no shopping for a year but I have found other blogs and bloggers that have embarked on the journey and had success! During the past few days I have had lots of thoughts about it and restrictions to the challenge. Here is what I have so far.
1. No new article of clothing may be purchased by me.
2. No new 'under things' until day 182.
3. Socks count as 'under things'.
4. Gifts of clothing are allowed.
5. Trades/swaps are encouraged.
6. Seamstress for re-inventing is ok.
Check back for updates and cheer me on along the way! Anyone who wants to join for a month, or two, or twelve is welcome!
