WOW! This has been a crazy, but awesome week! It started on Sunday....with my 25th birthday. I'm getting old! But it is ok, because Jeremy is a year older then me, and will turn 30,40, and 50 before me :) I had a great day with old friends and ate way to much yummy food on our lunch date and then went shopping.
Next up was an interview at Furman University .... located in Greenville, SC. So with the car loaded up, my parents and I all piled in and we were off. The interview went great, i really liked the facilities, the campus, the staff, and I was keeping my fingers crossed! They called back on Thursday - and offered a job!!! So I am officially a Furman Paladine. I will be working with the volleyball, tennis, and track teams starting August 13th. Yup, thats right... quick turn around - thankfully I have friends in the area and a couch to sleep on!
The biggest part of the week is tomorrow!! After the interview, we got in the car and headed to Clemson - about an hour away- to get ready for GRADUATION!! Tomorrow I will be getting a Masters in Human Resource Development. I am SO glad, that the past two years of school are over, and that I survived! I am excited to meet some of my classmates because we are an on-line program and this is our first face to face meeting!
Its been really fun to be back in Clemson and catch up with everybody. And I am super excited because Furman is only about an hour away, and Furman and Clemson play each other all the time. So I will be seeing my Tiger family quite often which is fine by me :)
