Well my time at Clemson is winding down, I can't believe how fast two years went! Volleyball ended this past Wednesday with a road trip to Furman, where I put all my skills to work by keeping score!! The big question is what is next and where is my new job?!? I am searching for an athletic training job, hopefully staying in the collegiate athletic settings, but with this economy, I am open to anything. I check the career websites on a daily basis, and have my fellow ATC's keeping their ears open for any jobs. We think we want to say on the east coast, but who knows where we will end up. Jeremy said he is willing to move, and meet me where ever when he gets home, so the stress of picking a place for us to live is making me insane! He is extremely supportive, and I keep him updated via email about the new jobs that are open. I have two more classes to take over the summer, and will graduate with a masters in human resource development in AUGUST! I can't wait! Until then....I am going to be a nomad. My apartment lease runs out at the end of May, so I'll pack up everything, put it in storage and head home to PA, the beach house, visit with family and friends, as I continue the job search. I am looking forward to a little down time, and only having to take my online classes. I'll keep everyone update on the new job, and what color I'll be trading all my orange in for! :)
Jeremy update: He got a promotion and is now a SGT, so two thumbs up for Jeremy! He is also working towards his black belt in the usmc martial arts program. He was extremely excited about being able to take this classes. Also, he has a new mailing address, so email me if ya haven't gotten it yet:)
Update(4/22/09): 2 months down!!! Can't believe it, they are going by pretty fast.
